I just found the rceme site by random surfing the net. This is great, I see a lot of names that are familiar. Ive been out of the service since 1981, still twisting wrenches-for Powell Equipment in Winipeg(Caterpillar)until the end of June, when our new owners take over-Toromont. Run marathons in my spare time, not bad for a twenty year smoker eh? Praise the Lord, Jesus has been the ruler of my life for 17 years now

Hi Larry, You have done a wonderful job of creating this web site. The purpose of which is to bring old friends, comrades and acquaintances together. I check it regularly to see who has joined and if I know the person or think I know the person, I send them an email to say Hello. I am appalled at the number of people who don't take the time to acknowledge greetings from a former member of the Corp. I can tell you their names will not form part of my address book . . Enough said !!

I am sorry to here about Mr. Buckle I remember him hiding in doorways to try and catch people goofing off while marching to the messhall. He would jump out and start reaming them out along with the guy that was marching you.

Armand Tetreault passed away in Prince George B. C. at the age of 49. Those who served with 3 RCR in the 1980,s will remember him in the Maint Pl. I spoke with his wife Karen today and she told me to say "hello" to all you RCEME
